Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced E-Learning Course Designer/Creator to develop engaging, interactive, and educational content for our online learning platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning technologies, and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality e-learning courses and training materials for a variety of subjects and audiences.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of the course material.
  • Create interactive multimedia elements, including videos, quizzes, simulations, and other learning activities.
  • Develop course outlines, learning objectives, and assessments that align with instructional goals.
  • Use authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar to create engaging and interactive e-learning modules.
  • Ensure all e-learning content is accessible and compliant with relevant standards (e.g., SCORM, AICC, ADA).
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner feedback to continuously improve course content.
  • Stay updated on the latest e-learning trends, tools, and best practices to incorporate into course design.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an E-Learning Designer/Creator or Instructional Designer.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Experience in creating interactive multimedia elements and assessments.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM/AICC standards is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
