Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced E-Learning Course Designer/Creator to develop engaging, interactive, and educational content for our online learning platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, e-learning technologies, and adult learning principles.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality e-learning courses and training materials for a variety of subjects and audiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of the course material.
- Create interactive multimedia elements, including videos, quizzes, simulations, and other learning activities.
- Develop course outlines, learning objectives, and assessments that align with instructional goals.
- Use authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar to create engaging and interactive e-learning modules.
- Ensure all e-learning content is accessible and compliant with relevant standards (e.g., SCORM, AICC, ADA).
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner feedback to continuously improve course content.
- Stay updated on the latest e-learning trends, tools, and best practices to incorporate into course design.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an E-Learning Designer/Creator or Instructional Designer.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Experience in creating interactive multimedia elements and assessments.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM/AICC standards is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
