Job Description:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior App Growth Manager to lead our app marketing and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in app marketing, user acquisition, and growth hacking strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive app growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
- Analyze user data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
- Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various channels, including social media, paid search, and app stores.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to enhance the app’s user experience and increase user engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve key performance metrics such as user retention, lifetime value, and conversion rates.
- Monitor and report on the performance of growth initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in app marketing and growth hacking.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an App Growth Manager or similar role with a strong focus on user acquisition and growth.
- Deep understanding of mobile app marketing, ASO (App Store Optimization), and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and growth hacking techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with app development and UX/UI principles is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
