To get a refund, please follow the instructions below.

If you purchased a subscription or enabled trial on our websites:
We provide refunds at our own discretion and subject to laws and our policies that may be published from time to time. Refund will be provided if we find the request acceptable.

Subscribed from within the iOS or Android app?

The cancellation process is managed entirely by the respective App Store. The subscription can be cancelled through your iTunes/Apple or Google Play settings.

On Android device:
1) Please open the Play Store App
2) Tap on the icon in the top right corner
3) Tap on the Payments and subscriptions option
4) Tap on the Subscriptions section and click on the Alux app icon.

On Apple device:
1) Please go to the iPhone’s Settings
2) Tap on [your name] and choose the Subscriptions
3) Tap the subscription options related to the Alux app
4) Scroll down and tap on the Cancel button.

If you have a paid subscription and do not have access to the content on the app, you need to check whether you’ve logged in with a proper email address. To do so, please follow the instructions:

  1. Go to the ‘Account’ section in the app
  2. Check if the email address is the one you used while registering.

If the email is wrong, you need to log in with the proper one. To do so, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Gear icon
  2. Scroll down and click ‘Log out’
  3. Click on the ‘Log in’ option in the bottom part of the Welcome screen.
  4. Enter your email address connected to the Alux account and password
  5. Restart the app.

If the email is the correct one and you still do not have access, please contact us via email contact@alux.com, and we will check it for you.
